Key Accomplishments:

  • Launched a new product that enabled accelerated drug discovery through translating machine learning predictions and experimental evidence for genetic targets to research scientists

  • Collaborated with senior leaders from all department across R&D to define the future strategy for target identification

  • Partnered with AI researchers, scientists and engineers to identify new product opportunities and set product vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives and metrics to build high impact active learning models and user interfaces to advance new targets for medicines

  • Drove an expanding cross-functional team of UX/UI designers, researchers, software and ML engineers, established team processes and coached new hires on agile, lean and DevOps principles to enable a high performance culture

  • Established strong UX practices through continuous user research, prototyping and testing with research chemists/biologists
